DONT USE VODACOM FOR CONTRACTS

Please do not use Vodacom I never received my invoices for almost 2 years and now that I wanted to settle my acc I have been paying R200 on data and airtime on a number I dont use at all never heared of it, I have talked to 6 diffrent people where only one was able to assist me a bit. I am so frustrated even with Springs Mall Vodacom instore also no help at all they just said call again tomorrow? we went to Telkom this weekend at eastrand mall and what an amazing and fast service.
