Don’t use Vodacom Fibre, they won’t let you cancel your contract!

I am at my wits ends with Vodacom as they make it impossible to cancel ones contract. I have a contract ending December 2023 and was told, after trying to cancel it, that it’s ending August 2024 which is incorrect. The query was abruptly terminated and declared closed when I still have a dispute on the information. There appears to be no integrity in how customers who want to close accounts are dealt with. Please attend to this urgently as I intent to further escalate this. I will not recommend Vodacom to anyone as the after sale service is the worst. The channels to cancel a contract are impossible to get through which is not customer centric!
