Don’t use Vodacom and Vumatel
If there was an option to give a -100 rating I would definitely do it. WiFi has been off for a Week and they don’t seem to care….the call centre is useless and no one seems to be prioritising the downtime, while I am impacted because I work from home and have loss income

29 Aug 2026, 22:44It’s reply pathetic service. No one has contacted and the WiFi is still off. Vodacom is useless. You are losing business but I don’t think I this company actually cares!!!!! Do not recommend them
