Don't use Vodacom

If I could give it 0 stars I would, I had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking with Tertuis Fitzgerald whom is a Team leader. Who was very rude and condescending who refused that I speak with their manager. my contract was due for cancelation in February where no one informed me I then requested it to be canceled and they stated that it would take a month then later stated it would take 20 days. I would then need to pay for another month on the contract. The lack of communication regarding this extremely unprofessional and the service from Vodacom is unacceptable.
