Don’t use Vodacom

I have been a Vodacom customer for +- 20 years, recently I changed my contract to a prepaid and ever since, Vodacom numbers cant contact me. This has been my business number with contacts build up over 10years, which is causing harm to my reputation. I have spend endless amount of minutes to get resolved, visited multiple stores to log it on their side, but still no solution.
