Don't upgrade with Vodacom! Go to MTN.

I tried to upgrade with Vodacom quite a while ago and had a horrible experience. They gave me some discounted recurring bundles to apologies, and I stayed on month-to-month since then. Last month they convinced me to upgrade again, with many promises, which turned out to be empty. So after ignoring me and having to turn to Hellopeter, they reversed the upgrade and promised to put everything back as it was - again misleading me! They did not put it back as it was, even though I took the time to follow up multiple times.

Don't upgrade with Vodacom when you're due! It's a mess. Rather change to MTN, they'll be happy to get your business. Vodacom doesn't like repeat business and mishandled your account.
