Dont understand your logic

Went online to do an upgrade that was due last November on a contract of mine, selected an option which would have cost me R99 a month. (Currently I am paying R200 on the said contract). I then got called by an agent to say he cant help me with the R99 option I have chosen because my rating has dropped. (I understand my rating dropped as I had a returned debit order, which might I add was paid into Vodacom, before the end of the said month, never the less I understand the rating dropping and accept this), but what I don't understand is that I cannot have the R99 option, but you are prepared to help me with a R200 option, where is the logic behind this? If I am a risk, why then give me something of higher value.

I gather cancelling the 3 contracts I have due for renewal is then my best option and walking over to Cell c or MTN who will be more than willing to accept my business is not looking like a bad option at all.
