Don't trust Vodacom contract subscriptions

Upgraded in Dec. After a few hard months and few times arrears I brought my account up to date and then suddenly noticed additional "purchase content" charges that I did not sign up for. Went into a Vodacom shop and they logged a request to cancel. Today I get a SMS that they can't cancel that content. My original quote in Dec worked out at R 410.97 a month. Now my payment for March stands at R 745.91, and there are no arrears! The shops are no help, you need to hold on for hours if you phone, the Tobi system is totally useless and you can't reach them by email.
