DON'T TRUST VODACOM!

At the beginning of 2020 I received a call to renew my phone contract, which I did. I was told on the call that I would receive a FREE data bundle of 20gb for 30 days. A month later - IT was not received! I was shifted from pillar to post, the sales call was reviewed, I spent 2-3 hours of my time trying to get what I was promised. Finally it was sorted - or so I was told. I got an SMS to say that my bundle had been activated. End of the month ... BOOM - R1139,13 added to my phone bill for my "free" 20gb data bundle. Who knows how long its going to take me to get this money back. SHAME ON YOU VODACOM! YOU CANT EVEN KEEP A SIMPLE PROMISE! I want to cancel my contract and switch providers. I CANT TRUST VODACOM ANYMORE!!!
