Dont trust vodacom!

I had a long fight with vodacom as my contract was increased without authority since March 2015. Finally in July 2015 I was told that vodacom has no copy of my contract that I signed where it stipulates that the contract can be increased during the 24 months. Then Nadiema Hendricks informed me that she cant decrease my current contract, but can assist with a good deal come upgrade time.
