Don't trust the vodacom app says vodacom employee

I bought data on the 4 u vodacom app, debited my card with 159 and guess what the data is not credited to my account, 10gig worth of data. I phone, they recon go to the Voda shop, mind you the closest Voda shop to me is an hour away, I then get there, they tell me no mam don't trust the app, there's nothing we can do for you, pls go to your bank, I go to the bank, guess what, no mam sorry vodacom needs to pay you the money back because it is cleared and gone into their account, if the bank has to do the reversal, I'd have to complete forms, wait 14 days and be charged 310 for it. Seriously do yourself a favor, stay away from vodacom, such BS
