Dont trust the automated message Vodacom places on Hellopeter, they VODACOM DOESN'T REPLY!

This is the second posting that I place on Hellopeter for Vodacom , however, its simply to say, that you should not trust the automated message that vodacom places on this site, and then Hellopeter calls it a "response". It is not a response when the only contact you get from them is an automated message that someone will contact you and when you again contact vodacom for the umpteenth time, they get irritated with you. I even had one callcentre agent put the phone down in my ear. We have still not had any resolution following the watch promo complaint. Vodacom does not come back to you. Furthermore, I am not sure what kind of assistance Hellopeter plays when they don't actually check the effectiveness of the replies. Vodacom is NOT a company that comes back to you .
