DON'T TAKE OUT VODACOM FIBRE IF YOU ARE TOLD ITS MONTH TO MONTH

Can someone please assist where to report Vodacom other than here on hello Peter I'm being told to pay R17000 for services I did not even make use of installation was done on the 13th I was told it's a month-to month when I called on the 14th I'm told it's a contract asked them to cancel now I'm being told that
