Don’t take out Vodacom Device Insurance Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whatever happens, never take out a Cellphone Insurance with Vodacom ever. When taking a new contract with Vodacom do not allow them to add device insurance to your contract ever!

Vodacom outsources the device insurance product to an exceptionally poor Company called finrite or whatever they call themselves. Signing up for insurance is extremely efficient, but claiming is a hussle, cancelling is non existent! And Vodacom won’t entertain you either as they will tell you to talk to their poor third party that they sold you to. They aren’t even transparent from the get go that the device insurance service is outsourced to a poor grade third party, they simply call it “Our insurance Department”
