Dont take insurance with Vodacom

Since I had a complaint about Vodacom and Finrite weeks ago, no one from either Vodacom or Finrite called me. I withheld my payment for this month so most probably i will be called for that...

I have insurance for my Samsung S9 and 1xrouter with vodacom via Finrite. However, i discovered that there is an extra laptop/tablet insurance deduction on my invoice. Called Vodacom who said I must call Finrite. Finrite said but Im not covered for a Samsung it is an Apple Iphone. I demanded answers and Mathapelo said the manager will call when he/she is available since they have other clients to also call. As for the tablet/laptop it is just the description but it is for a router. I told her there is also a cover for a router that is being deducted. The previous consultant said he will just change the description of the phone 'it is not a big deal'. Last week after asking for feedback Mathapelo rep**** i must fill in amendment form. Now today i must beg again for feedback and i am being told that its 'probably a error from the person who captured my policy'. Does that sound like an investigation had been done??? She still advise that I sent the amendment form but I sent it last week already? I am asking again... what should i do to get the service that a paying customer get?
