Dont take a vodacom contract out

I was signed up for a contract renewal I NEVER AGREED TO. I called to cancel everything but the consultant signed me up for a 2 year contract ANYWAY. I have called in FOUR TIMES TO CANCEL, just to be told today that there is an existing contract on my name. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOU?????? Its ******* to sign people up without their consent. And then i still struggle, CONSTANTLY AND GET DEBITED To get this cancelled.
