Don't take a contract with vodacom

A loyal customer for years. I have been trying to cancel contracts with vodacom for 3 months. Sent from pillar to post been given so much different information regarding the contract. Was promised I will be given feedback yesterday by 12 all the while they tried to sell me another contract. To date no word. Cancel my f**Ken contract
