Don’t support Vodacom shop Lichtenburg!!!! Stay away Manager is a big ****mer!!

I actually give Lichtenburg Vodacom Shop’s Manager a 0 out of infinity!!!!! My mother came back hysterical!!! The manager were so rude and ftup!!! This whole story feels to me that she is a victim because of her gender!!

So what happened is: Her phone broke (still on Vodacom contract),she went to Vodacom on the 22 May 2026 11:01 am and bought a brand new phone , they didn’t let her read through terms and conditions. Okay my mother came home put the phone on Charger with the cable in the box that came with her Samsung A37 (new one she bought)and her Samsung charger box that she bought about 2 years ago, Immediately it threw out moisture detection warnings?! Just tell me how?! Just opened the box put it on charge and does this? On Saturday the 23th May 2026 10:58am we went back and ask what now? They just told us we must send it away for Vodacom repairs and about 2 weeks later tells us it’s rejected? Just tell me how?! There is a law that is called “Consumer Protection Act” (Can return and get refund till 14days after buying a product and you’re not happy)she wanted a refund because that is a big slap in the face? Just gave out R8k ,didn’t use the phone even for 24 hours ,couldn’t to be fair bc of the error…. They just tell us “out of box damage” really??????? They didn’t tell her read terms and conditions? Like i heard from professionals they are supposed to let you open the phone in the shop and see if you are happy? Even 2 off the workers comforted her because of how the “ Manager” went off on her…. After she asked the manager did she just throw R8k down the drain he just smirked 🤷♀️.

I never want anything to do with Vodacom ever again!!!!!!!!
