Don't sign Vodacom! They will ruin your life

DO NOT SIGN WITH VODACOM

I signed with Vodacom reluctantly and they told me I have to sign with them. It took months for installation, activation and sorting out a ton of problems. They then cancelled my contract out of nowhere without my consent and at this point I needed fibre for work, they then talked me into getting a more expensive package to help me faster. I asked them that i would take it if they dont charge me installation which they agreed to but charged me installation regardless. I then got upset and asked for my contract to be cancelled due to the worst service ever and they then told me i have to pay a cancellation fee of thousands of rands. So now I am forced to pay a heavy monthly payment for nothing, because my alternative choice they gave me is paying thousands all at once.

Throughout the entire process i called multiple times and asked for reference numbers which they never sent and when i call in they say they can't help me without a reference number. Due to the bad fibre it affected my work so badly i had to move back in with my parents, but they are forcing me to still pay and threatening me if I dont.

They dont think logical or consider a person. Don't sign with Vodacom, because they will imprison you with a contract and bleed you dry for money but give you no help or service
