Don`t send in your phone here for repairs.

I sent in my repairs to Vodacom in Sandton Mall, I was told the parts were on back order but should be delivered within the week this, it is now over a month and if I didn`t have a spare phone to use what could I even be able to do as no one would be able to contact me or even respond to work emails this is absolutely appalling service.
