Don't sell my information!

I have a pre-paid line and upgraded to a new phone on Thursday. When I called for a sim swap, I discovered that my 'contract' now lies with Blue Label Connect / Edcon. Why is Vodacom selling my information and why did they authorise BL to put me under a contract that I have no knowledge of.

I contacted Blue Label Connect because Vodacom refuses to correct their error, and was told by Lindiwe at BL, that it would take 24 hours to get my 'contract' onto my name. It has been 48 hours, and an e-mail to the company was also ignored. So now I've got a phone which I can't use because I can't get a sim swap done. I want to know who at Vodacom authorised this ********** activity - I do not have any clothing account, so Vodacom authorised this without my knowledge. Also received an SMS to say that my balance is R1,200,000 and will be deducted at end September - this is what led to my initial queries.
