Don't rely on service from Vodacom

Since the 25 August i have been submitting service requests to Vodacom Fiber about the speeds I am getting which is affecting my work as I can't conduct my business efficiently. I am paying for a 50 / 50 and this is not what I am getting. When I submit the SR I get a email from Vodacom stating that I would be contacted which never happens. I call the customer care number and ask to speak with a manager which after hanging on for a long time I get frustrated and hang up
