Don't recommend
A month do upgrade a number n that too not fully resolved , u ask for a manager or team leader and no one calls back Hard to get good service today

I was told I would get my contract at the original price I confirmed on and now it's a change of story , I would not recommend vodacom and you will definitely be loosing a customer , definitely not upgrading my other lines !!!!!!!!!

I want my query resolved , one month for an upgrade and now I am being billed more then I initially signed up for and that too being told by a team leader that it will not affect my price at all , now to resolve this , no one comes back to you , no team leader , no senior manager , NO One !!!!!
This is disgusting service from a huge company , maybe you don't value your customers anymore , hence we as customers do not get the service from you
