Dont qualify for R299 upgrade but Qualify for R1700 upgrade

I have been a client of you guys for many years. Today I wanted to upgrade to an online exclusive package for R299 a month. I was told I dont qualify for that package But I qualify for packages of R1700.

According to my profile I dont qualify for a R299 package but I can have packages of R799 and even unlimited packages with a Huawei mate 40 or nova 8 but I cant have the samsusng A52s with a watch.....
