Dont Purchase accessories through Vodacom outlets.

After purchasing an accessory ( energy jacket/ extended battery ) at a vodacom outlet in Natal and needing to return it. I visited the Killarney Vodacom shop in Gauteng only to be told that Vodacom operates as a franchise and do no accept any returns from other stores. I was told by the senior supervisor at Killarney ( Tesogo) that a copy of the ins**** policy would be sent my way via email. 4 weeks latter still no policy. On contacting the call centre they could not answer my query and i was told to drive to midrand vodacom world at my own expense to enquire about the policy as the call centre did not know the answer . My gripe really is as a consumer how do we know these fine print details ? ( should they even exist) if not told and policies not displayed in store. My advise do not purchase accessories from vodacom shops.
