Don't punish yourself with a vodacom contract!!!

I have been having the worst experience ever with this place. I ordered a phone. Got told it will be delivered within 3 to 4 working day. It's been 10 days now. Had to fight with vodacom and third part as there's always a mess up. It got so bad I had to cancel everything and go and redo it instore as it is just one big headache!!. I am disgusted with this place. You know a company is a joke when they block you as span because you tried to find out where you device is you PAID for. They're quick to take you money, but when it comes to service there's less than nothing. I'm so tempted to just cancel everything and tell them to shove it. I'm tired of fighting and struggling every single time. If they don't send the wrong device they send the right thing, but once it gets to it's destination they courier tells you they have to take it back for some reason. Or you just don't get anything and get blocked as spam.
