DONT PROMISE IF YOU CANT KEEP TO IT!!!!

Second complaint on here as vodacom refuse to give me data that was PROMISED TO ME!!! Do you train you're staff to look for loopholes or make up loopholes. every person i speak to has a different story, I have spoken to about 15 consultants and 6 teamleaders so far!!!! Yes and ive spent half of december on hold to your dumb departments that just keep shifting the buck to the next department!!!!!
