dont offer products to a customer and then change the procuct.
Contract was offered to me R149,00 for 10G date anytime and can be shared with 5 people. Yesterday on receiving the SIM the call centre confirmed that it was for day and night not anytime and it can not be transferred. they need to cancel this as I am not interested in this offering. How can a consultant promise a product and don't deliver. Consultant phoned was Damion. Call centre confirmed that that how they do sales by miss celling to customers.
