Don’t keep spending money with a company that doesn’t value its customers

18 days ago I contacted Vodacom to assist me with something and to date am still waiting an outcome. I have phoned, DM’d, emailed and am getting nowhere. On principal, after the thousands I’ve spent with them over the years, I won’t remain a Vodacom customer once contract free as Vodacom does not recognize customer value. I may have moved to a smaller contract with the option to top up to meet my needs, but my average spend over the years is between R1600-R2000 per month. In countries like the USA, companies recognise that it is cheaper to retain customers than to acquire new ones. Vodacom assumeS it’s customers will stay because it takes some effort to change. My husbands business contract is due for renewal and he is not going to renew with Vodacom due to this lack of customer care either. Go spend your money on advertising to get new customers Vodacom. Your long standing loyal customers aren’t going to be hanging around.,

Reviewer Update
I had to resort to logging the query at. Vodacom shop. Got a message to say that my Service Request *** is now being processed by Phumi Tshabalala who will be in contact with you shortly. Your service request should be resolved by 2020-02-12 12:40:48. Should be resolved but I haven’t had so much as a phone call. Pathetic
