Don't insure with Vodacom!
Vodacom insurance deserves no stars!!! They never come back to a person regarding a claim and then when the client gets hold of them after holding on for heaven knows how long they have a different story regarding a claim.
Needles to say my claim was rejected. 1. First for not being insured? But I have never missed a payment to them. 2. Then it is because I swopped out handsets? What?! 3. Now because I haven't used the phone for a while... but they happily keep debiting account!! 4. Oh and no refund since I have to read the fine print.
Vodacom you guys are sharks.
