Don't hire such people in future

So I called Vodacom day before yesterday with a request to do a simple swap, yoh! Where did Vodacom get this street girl who is an employee?no manners,no empathy, not even s****ed to serve customers, after she tried the new SIM activation she tells me it's been used,I don't work for telecommunications I don't have a clue how this things work my response was how come since on my side I got confirmation that the Sun was not active as no Rica was done ,right there it was like I touched a bomb which was waiting to explode, that girl is ill mannered, icing on the cake the next day I realise that my SIM is now 100 not usable rushed for work later in the evening call Vodacom again to SIM swap a newly bought SIM,guess what ?I get the most shocking response from a different agent we are unable to assist as the number you want to do a SIM swap on is blocked you need to visit your nearest Vodacom store, like really??is this how low your employees can stood??is this lady really your representative or maybe by mistake I had called a wrong service provider?why do you keep such employees??no Vodacom we don't need such people serving us,as a shareholder in another service provider I have a lot of questions that cannot even fit this page as I do not expect such treatment from a big and trusted cellular network as vodacom.now I have missed two days of my life just because of one uns****ed and foolish person you employed to represent you.give that girl a cleaning job away from from customers or else you will loose more customers because of her stinking attitude .
