Dont go to vodacom in checkers arconpark

I bought a new phone yesterday. Today i went to a vodacom shop in checkers arconpark to put a screen protector on the phone. So i trust the guy because he is in a cellphone shop. He charge me R400 for a uv screen protector. Ok so first half an hour later the screen protector fell off and then when someone try to phone me, i cant hear anything this smart guy let some of the glue go into the speeker so now my one day old phone of R15000 is messed up. Please tell me how is this fair and when you go back they are so rude
