Dont give a dam

I purchased a body glove screen cover from the Vodacom shop in green acres on the 24th of December, I noticed that the screen cover is running. A crack and I went in today and showed them as I have not dropped or been negligent with my phone and they just said cant help me and that there is no refunds or exchanges on overs, I spent R599 on this stupid tempered glass for my cell phone and it brakes without me doing anything to the phone, I would totally understand if I had dropped it or bumped it but all the lady was trying to do is to get rid of me and asked do I keep it in my bag or where do I put it, My S4 has the cheap tempered glass and my son has had it for 6 months and nothing as yet!!! what a load of **** to spend so much of my hard earned money on this product and couple of days later its broken what a joke, always excuses and blame instead of solutions and customer service!!!!
