Don't get Vodacom Fibre

Our experience has been beyond shocking. The sales person **** to us about options available. Vodacom support wont correct the contract. They can't show us the original document. They completely lock down their routers so that you cannot use another wireless router on the fibre router. Their wireless router doesn't even work. We can't even watch more than 10 seconds of Youtube without buffering even though the signal is 100%. If you contact Vodacom they tell you to plug into the router with a LAN cable to test it and then the speeds seem okay but the router is completely useless even though Wifi scanning shows it's the only router in the area on that channel. And we cannot use another one. on the Vodacom fibre router! What exacly is up with the idiot thinking behind this ******* configuration for a fibre product? Telkom ADSL at the same speed and on Wifi gave zero problems and we could stream video.

Pathetic!
