Don't get Vodacom Fiber

Please don't get Vodacom Fiber. They don't know what they doing and don't want to help you. I got Vodacom fiber in July 2020 with the promo of 3 month payment assist so I should only pay in October 2020. Not the case they have billed me and billed me even incorrect, I got the 24 month contract which I don't have to pay for the unit but was still billed for the unit, they also duplicated my order. I have been waiting for almost a month for them to solve it and still nothing. I have to pay my cellphone account but I cant since they don't update my billing account now both is in arrears.
