Dont get taken by Vodacom online

i placed a order online on the 10th December which i then received confirmation it was done on the 10th which falls inside the black Friday deals for Samsung members where you get a free tablet which expired on the 11th December. The next day i got a call to say they need to confirm some information which i did. and then they changed the date i ordered the deal to the 11th December so falling out of the black Friday deal. when i called vodacom online there response "that is wat it says on our system" and basically dont care even though i got confirmation email from them on the 10th
