Dont get fibre with Vodacom

I opened an account to get fibre with Vodacom in December and only In the beginning January that they actually come to install the fibre however the guy then told me that the technician's would need to come out as there is no connection in my area. It is now February and im still waiting for all of this to be sorted. Vodacom is the worst. it takes them 3 months to install fibre and no one can help me because i app**** online i have to wait for an agent to call me to assist me.
