Don't get a respond
I missed a payment but payed up my account in January 2020. Never received confirmation that my account is up to date. Tried to upgrade but got told I'm still behind on payments and I should contact the financial department. Never got answered.
On my credit report I still owe Vodacom R1000.00
Never got any answer on emails.

I tried to apply for a new contract but my name is still not cleared at the finance department. Even though a received a letter to confirm my account is cleared, it haven’t been processed yet.
They put me through to the finance department but the phone was put down in my ear.
Still very unhappy

01 Jul 2021, 12:58Over a year. Still nothing. Still blacklisted with a clearance document. No one can help me. Can’t get new account as I’m still in “arrears” according to them. Even though I have all the documentation stating I paid in full.
