Dont fall for Vodacom Mercet Guru Laptop offer

I entered into a 36 month contract with Vodacom for a Mercer Guru Laptop. The laptop arrived with a faulty key. I phoned Vodacom only to be informed that they cannot repair or replace the laptop. They informed me rhat they will arange with RAM to come and collect the laptop. I AM STILL WAITING. I was also inform that, once the laptop is collected, i then have to contact them again to cancel the contract. I am now paying for a faulty laptop. Why do Vodacom offer the contract if they cannot service the laptops. They approached me. Now that they have me in a 36 month contract there is no willingness for further assistance.
