Dont ever use Vodacom

Very very shocking service from Vodacom. Wish I could cancel my contract with them, will never use them again or advice them to anyone. Its been more than 2months that I have to deal with a ***** case and they cannot be bothered to do anything about it. Im sending endless emails and they dont even get back to me anymore…just ignoring me. In the meantime they still debiting my account for the ***** contract on my name. Going on to 3 months now…how can it take so long to sort out an ******* contract taken out on my name?????

Anyone got advise on how to sort this out as Vodacom is of no use at all.
