DONT EVER TAKE A CONTRACT WITH VODACOM

I took out to contracts and as discussed with retentions settled the handsets - now the accounts department says they are not debiting me becasue i amde cash payments. so i dont even know if im going to get the data and airtime ... What kind of Company is this they dont communicate with each other !!!
