Don't ever do business with vodacom they are a joke!!!!

I am now seriously at a breaking point with vodacom. I took out a contract phone but was debited way before our agreed date, fine I understand mistakes happen but then I wasn't debited again the following month so I called in they apologized and said that they will fix the issue. This pattern continued for the next 6 months I have made countless calls and sent countless emails to customer care and to their legal department to no avail. Next thing I know I'm handed over to their debt collectors that put a debicheck on my account without my approval after I told them that I will only deal/pay vodacom as I honestly feel like Vodacom is the one that broke our agreement.
