Don't ever consider Vodacom as your service provider

On the 15th August 2017 I was advised by Vodacom that the data on my phone is less than 49mb and offering me 2 GB data for 7 days at R99.00 which I bought. Tuesday 22 August 2017 I check the balance of my data and website confirmed to be 3.6 GB which I thought is funny. I checked my statement just to learn that I have been charged R198.00 for the 2 GB and not R99. This is breach of a contract. This morning I learned via sms that my 2 GB data has been depleted. I had 3.6 gb and all of a sudden nil and being charged double. My pocket wifi router of 2 GB lasted exactly 5 days, which is totally absurd because I alternate between my Vodacom router and my Telkom router. My Telkom router is also 2gb and my balance to date is 9.6 gb. How on earth can this be? I will never ever renew my 6 contracts with Vodacom. I am just waiting for new iPhone to come on market then I will definitely change to alternative service provider. What people are saying about Vodacom is true, they diminish your data without you using your data and airtime. This is really it I had enough!
