Don't ever buy from vodacom

Vodacom online consultants are providing me with really bad service. I placed my order on the 19th they said it would take 2 weeks... Till today there is no update from their courier partner Skynet. And I can never get through to Skynet. Everytime I talk to the consultants they will either end the call or just completely minimize the delay. This is totally unacceptable. And I have been a loyal customer of theirs for years now. But this is the treatment I get. This is more than disappointing and it is really making me angry as no one is taking me seriously. Really fed up at this point.
