Don't even take themselves serious!

Vodacom sucks at good customer service, my contract came to halt for an entire month. Zero accountability for what happened, they made sure to deduct their debit order for a service that was not rendered. Gave me the run around, I need a month of service refunded because how can I pay for something I never received! Now they expect me to just carry on as if nothing happened.

Well I am back to posting more HelloPeters due to their poor service!!!
