Don't even make a effort to call you!!!!

I phoned vodacom regarding a cancellation quote that they sent thru to me but they gave me a wrong estimation of how much i need to pay because of the contract was for 455.65 and they reduced it to 268.69,so they want to charge me for the amount i should have been and not like its been for 20 months!!!!! I tried phoning again and they dropped the line 4 times on me without trying to call me back after i did all the security check to know they are speaking with the correct person.After that i tried online chat with a consultant that say i need to phone cancellation department and i told him what happen and then he closed the chat.They told me as part as a loyal customer for almost 7 years they would give me a laptop or a tablet to a reduced price to keep me but they want to charge me a other price to cancel.
