DON'T DO IT!

Months ago Vodacom offered me a deal which I accepted, but they only gave me half of what they promised. I have spoken to at least 6 agents at the customer (DON'T) care centre, each one has promised to call me back, but not one of them ever has. I sent an email to the CEO, no joy there either. I have also requested a copy of my contract several times, but have never received any form of paperwork. I was told by one agent that he had listened to the recording of the deal that was offered to me, and that I was correct, and Vodacom would have to honour the deal; same story, nothing happened. When I requested to hear the recording I was told that I would have to get a court order; how pathetic! I have visited the nearest Vodacom shop twice, they can't help me. My advice to anyone wishing to take a contract with Vodacom; DON'T DO IT TELEPHONICALLY!
