Dont do business with VODACOM EVER!!!

They say 3rd times a charm, lets see. So after 2 years Vodacom still cant sort out my account. They sent me a laptop, router and speaker, telling me its free and later after an investigation finding I was right. All 3 items were returned. Upgraded me on one of my contracts - this contract was originally taken out more than 5 years ago! Now Vodacom says I cant upgrade!!! Why??? No one at Vodacom seems to have the answer. So I will cancel all my contracts as they come up for renewal and take my business to either MTN or Cell C, with pleasure!! Worst service Ive ever received, or should I say NO service!!!
