DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH VODACOM
TO EVERYONE READING THIS, PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VODACOM, IT WILL IMPACT YOU FINANCIALLY IN THE FUTURE, RATHER TRY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS. I sent 3 complaints now. First one was a uneducated reply, second was promised a call and a week has gone by. This is the third just to warn others. I don't need a response from vodacom and it's useless staff. The ombudsman has been contacted regarding this matter.
