DONT DEAL WITH VODACOM REPAIRS @CRESTA

It has been 4 weeks since I handed in my blackberry z3 CORPORATE device for OBF testing. I have stated several times that it is critical that I have a phone for the nature of my work. NOT TO MY SURPRISE, the staff at this Vodacom store, dont give a rats a$$. The customer service is pathetic. Since my phone has been handed in, I have not received any contact at all, despite me going into the store and giving them my contact details again. I would strongly advise anyone needing repairs on their phone to go anywhere else but this store. Vodacom in my books went from number 1 in service to non-existent. Pathetic customer service is definately the way to go in losing customers.... mission accomplished!!
